Liera has been teaching on the Praxis mats basically since we first laid them down. He always brings us great technique and a passion for teaching. He has always been a big supporter of our academy and it is a pleasure to have him back. The seminars are open to anyone who trains in our fundamentals, intermediate, or advanced level classes.

This Saturday, (the 20th) at 12:30 we will have the first session. We’ll break from 2-3:30 and the second session will be from 3:30 - 5PM. The technique portion is instructors choice, however if you have anything you are dying to see please let me know. The second day, (4/21) we will have a drilling session from 11-12:30. We will break from 12:30 - 2PM and then have the second session from 2 - 3:30PM.

Saturday 4/20 Session #1 12:30 - 2:00PM

Saturday 4/20 Session #2 3:30PM - 5:00PM

Sunday 4/21 Session #3 11am - 12:30PM

Sunday 4/21 Session #4 2:00PM - 3:30PM

The sessions will build on each other. Material shown on the first day will be included in the drilling session the following day. The focus of the drilling session though is how to work with the material so please attend the first day in order to get the most out of the second. The last session is for our active competitors and those who wish to compete. Email me with any questions.

See everyone on the mat!
